at Waltham Forest Town Hall (Forest Rd, E17 4JF) every Saturday between 10am-11am
at Wood Street Library (Forest Road, E17 4AA) on the first Saturday of the month between 10am-11am

(Please note - no parking available at the Town Hall on 14 July)

There are no surgeries at either location on Bank Holiday weekends.

Dispensation

Councillor Sweden has been granted a dispensation from the requirement to disclose any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest and to withdraw from participation and voting on any business of the authority relating to its functions in respect of decisions about:

(i)            Housing, where the councillor is a tenant of the authority, provided that the decision does not relate particularly to his/her tenancy or lease;

(ii)          School meals and / or school transport and / or travelling expenses, where the councillor is a parent or guardian of a child in full time education, or is a parent governor of a school, unless it relates particularly to the school which the child attends;

(iii)         Statutory sick pay under Part XI of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, where the councillor is in receipt of, or is entitled to the receipt of, such pay;

(iv)         An allowance, pay or indemnity given to members;

(v)          Any ceremonial honour given to members; and

(vi)         Setting council tax or a precept under the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

 

This dispensation is to last until the Annual Council Meeting in 2018.
