2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

  • Councillor Simon Miller - Non-Pecuniary - All councillors had applied in writing for a dispensation from any pecuniary interest in setting council tax under the Local Government Finance Act 1992, in accordance with Appendix 4 of the Council’s Code of Conduct. These dispensations were granted by the Monitoring Officer. Therefore councillors were not precluded from participating in the debates and voting on setting the council tax, allowances, pay or indemnity given to members by reason of their being council taxpayers and councillors.
